Don't need 8 when 6 does it better
ОтветитьDude stfu and floor it
ОтветитьNice work!!
Not Porsche 911k nice but still nice.
Dude if my business plans work out. Ill have a literal handful of fun builds you can showcase for people.
Superlite slc but k series based V8 twin charged. But per cylinder bank so twin supers and twin turbos. 6 or 7 speed sequential. Big tires low weight.
R34 but not a gtr a 4 door sedan build. Awd. Twin charged.
Old malibu chevelle or a gto conversion of s twmpest or lemans. Or find another 69 or 70 or 68 gto. Twin charged shirt stroked ls7 that revs to 9500. Have a current 69 judge but restoring it to factory so need a donor i can aero tweak and widebody and do less reversible mods to. 1400rwhp at high boost but useless currently 700rwhp can be a bit sketchy at top speeds.
Some civic i can get silly light and aero and widebody fairly cheap. Basic k24 destroked build with sleeves. Relatively left alone. High rpm like 700 boosted hp awd with mostly bolt ons.
K or ecotec or ecoboost swapped miata. Dont need kuch beyond like 450 to 550 hp. But also planning a bit of the miata cram fu and gonna twin charge something Relatively small and efficient and kinda set it up as another lower power more reasonable version of the slc.
Slc is being built to slay hypercars. 700 rwhp low boost and tune map. 1200rwhp max tune and boost. 10.5k redline. Torque mapped to gear and rpms. Abs and traction control. If possible active suspension. Gesrbox is electromechanical with auto blip and a second clutch that works as a brake and slows things down when needed that shifting happening single clutch style, but built in throttle blips. Can go full auto and full manual and retains the clutch pedal or a clutch button. 186ms or faster shift times potentially as fast as like 60ms. Boost mapped with the twin charger for effiency cooling ability and basically an NA like feel but vtec and the rest should let me get an 8k wide ppwerband and able to get that short shift or wind it out feel. Combined with a few tuning and oem tricks for cheating performance metrics but tuned for usability.
0 to 63mph ish first gear. Or 0 to 100kmh. Geared tall like the 05 ford gt to help 0 to 60 times. But faster shifts spaced over a wider rev range pushed a little in favor of the high rpm range. And modern dual clutch shift times. Plus a fast revving flatplane v8. As long as traction and launch control get tuned properly and tires are picked carefully along with suspension. Can probably match the demon 170 0 to 60 times.
4.2L plus 2 1.47L suoer chargers. And 2 decently large turbos but sized to flow based off the individual cylinder banks displacement. Plus modern hit vee benefits. Ac powered interchilled and water to air. Super charger manifold style intercooler plus a small water to air turbo set up. Dual stages of cooling plus more efficiency for compression. Keep temps as cool as possible on the intake. Use the pressure and thermal differentials and the heat rising effect plus modern coats for exhausts and controlled valve overlap. Keep rhe heat out of the engine and prevent heat soak and always cold air going in. Sorta helps air cool. Dual drive by wire throttle bodies. Smaller sizes but still enough over all flow, but better velocity. High rpm safe ac compressor so itll work close to max rpm. Electronic assisted rear diff as well. Transaxle comes from actual supercars if i go with the 7 speed which is the plan as long ad the electronics arent too much of a nightmare.
Should drive like a 7L but be close to 25mpg or better fuel econmy dsily type driving and Koenigsegg matching 16mpg wide open throttle at over 1k hp. On pump gas. Reduced flex and rotating mass and friction. Better performance and a few efficiency tweaks plus freed up hp should negate the super ineffiencies especially if i include a clutch or bypass valve for free spinning which many supers for hondas alresdy have. But idea is say 5 to 7 pounds of boost with the supers, max boost around 25psi having the turbos compounded by the super till they are flowing enough themselves or just always depending on exact needs for final engine. But under driven supers and turbos spooling a good few thousand rpms sooner. But only need say 2lbs of boost every 1000 rpms till higher gears high rpms where you might want to stay higher in the over all boost map. But essentially limit fuel and air with the cylinder heads design and combustion chamber design to control thr torque curve and as flat but continually upwards as evenly as possible then just let ir go full nuts at high rpms. Forced induction but also controlled induction system. With lots of overhang so if it needs to turbo regulate it can at lower air atmosphere conditions. But idea is use the super more like planes and other older systems did slightly and high efficiency, turbo for mass flow, compound boost to keep both in peak efficiency range for least heat and losses, and work like antilag. Its sorta like video game building idea and tuner mind set to beat the rich guys in real hypercars. Widerpowerband better power to weight lighter weight torque or variable cam timing like the various ways of doing it in a sense. All thrown into one. And a tribute to alot of racing tech and builders and old cars. 1200kg but build kinda old school modern ish tech but not peak in amy regards high revving but reliable, but also not as high as the new monsters. Fast shifts but not the best. But balanced in a way thatll make it tricky to deal with.
How do you even get insurance on this car??
Ответитьbasically a giant rc car ;)
ОтветитьAbsolutely perfection!!!!
Supercharger whine, turbo whooshing sounds + blow off valve ALL WHILE REVVING OUT TO 8700RPM.
This man should be commissioned to produce just a couple of these for a limited production run.
Kyle is a goddamned genius
😮just wow
ОтветитьA supercharger isn't really good in a GT car because they ruin fuel efficiency which makes them a lot less fun to tour in. But the switch is a good idea
ОтветитьClint Polher built a 1200hp 2JZ-GTE SC300 25 YEARS ago !!!
ОтветитьThis filmed in northern Wisconsin?
ОтветитьToyota really knocked it out of the park with the J series engines, what a genius design
ОтветитьTwinchargers are awesome! So cool to see a unique build like this one. I have a twincharged car (Mk6 VW) and hearing the lil supercharger go is intoxicating, but this Soarer is at another level!
ОтветитьBeautiful car . Well done Frankenstein high quality tuner car . Cool to see all the different car parts come together
ОтветитьWild 😳
ОтветитьLove the finish in the interior. Sick car
Ответитьthat interior is top notch
Ответитьwhy would he let you drive this
Ответитьoh really? would suffer fatal rectal impalement if it went against something like the hoonicorn.
ОтветитьIt didn't ruin nothing stop thinking you the shit 😭
Ответитьrhd=thumbs down
ОтветитьThis guy couldn't decide if he wanted turbo sounds or supercharger whine so he said "yes"
Ответить2 many ads
ОтветитьI bet i cant touch my 1988 callaway ....i have few years and they are lighting fast
ОтветитьFinally, somebody thinking outside the box with these engines. What an original build!
Ответить1UZ or bust
ОтветитьI love the steering wheel with the ABS groves, awesome!
ОтветитьWhy underrated😢😢😢😢
ОтветитьI wish my paint looked half way as good as his !!!
ОтветитьI always admire a tasteful build like this one. Toyotas are such a good platform to start from. They have a great variety.
ОтветитьSuper cool cars
ОтветитьI remember riding in Clint Pohler's 2JZ single turbo Lexus SC300 back in 1999 or 2000. Amazing build and freaking fast. Car guys who were not within our Supra owning group of friends were completely shocked with their mouths on the ground, especially after their Lingenfelter Corvettes gets destroyed via highway rolls with their ears filled with the open wastegate scream.
ОтветитьSo you have the cure for my PTSD the only cure is 7000 RPM 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьJust love it when deluded jdm fans says shit like this.
ОтветитьIt kinda sounds like the famous supercharger noise that the hellcat and demons have… obviously that’s how superchargers sound… but that’s just wild because I’ve never heard anything like that from an in-line 6
ОтветитьAs someone who has a v8 Lexus I can tell you it is way better than a straight 6 as far as sound and power band and weight also everything else.
ОтветитьThere is some brilliant engineering that went into that, I can see how they made the on/off switch for the supercharger work, like how an AC compressor works on any other vehicle, also Mad Max comes to mind when Max Rockatansky flips a switch to engage the supercharger on his MFP Ford Falcon XB GT "When do we go for a ride".... lol😎👍
ОтветитьDude just because he added a supercharger does not mean that he added extra heat like extra turbos or something. Please know what your talking about so you don't sound crazy
Ответитьits not a roots supercharger...
ОтветитьThat is very cool
ОтветитьMy kind of Frankenstein build ..I actually toyed with twin charging about 10 years ago but my engine bay was to small ..that would be the nicest soarer I've ever seen it's gorgeous
ОтветитьTrying to find how this ruins all v8's though cause I just cant seem to find how this ruins anything other than your wallet for not much giveback. Thing is kind of a turd, might want to think about changing up that title lmao.
ОтветитьMaintenance on this could be a potential suicide 😂
ОтветитьGood build... I'd hv gone a different direction cosmetically, but that doesn't matter
ОтветитьIf I tutbod my m3 2008....I'd blow the doors off you
ОтветитьBut you have to turbo charge it....and.....twin charge it
ОтветитьI think I need a 4G63T Key Tag...
ОтветитьSupercharger sounds like ric flair
ОтветитьOk not being a hater but what’s that cost to put together? Did it really ruin all the v8s
Ответить
