For 191 visa, do we have to physically be present for 3 years if got my 491 visa in 2020? With this year I can have 3 tax returns by July but then I’m only physically present in the country for 2 years and 7 months

Hi Tracy, there are some instances now that student visa applicants enrolled in VET institutions under Level 1 and 2 gets RFMI with english test. Is it possible?

Just IELTS is the main game and no matters if you have Diploma...All game depends on IELTS...Just English and nothing else...PR should be given on psychological basis also...
