It’s been years since I’ve worked out; even had kids between that time and I’m trying to get back into shape, build muscle, and loose weight but I get too sore doing anything and I do have difficulty doing even the basic of things. I've been wanting to exercise for a long time, but i feel hesitant to follow fitness apps or exercise video routines because i want to know why i do certain exercises and what happens if i do them for a long time. Meaning, i want to be sure of what i am doing and prevent doing damage to my body because of wrong choice s. ОтветитьI quit my job so I can reevaluate my goals and make a life I can live with everyday workouts. I want to workout 30 minutes to an hour everyday except if I really feel I need a day or two off. I need to get more muscle built up because I have hypothyroidism. I told my friend this and he said it was nonsense and to only eat meat and fruit lol
