When making your rice with the scrambled egg what did you add to it? Also I need to loose 15 lbs where do I start with the exercising I need to tone up? What should I be working on? I have a smaller waistline and I'm bigger in the thighs and smaller in the chest

Hi Joanna, what other exercises/activities are equivalent to strength & cardio/HIIT training? I want to explore hiking/yoga/dancing etc to not get mored, but not sure if this works as effective for my endomorph body type. Thanks a lot!

What if you get too sore doing simple stretches or exercises and take more days to recover? It’s been years since I’ve worked out; even had kids between that time and I’m trying to get back into shape, build muscle, and loose weight but I get too sore doing anything and I do have difficulty doing even the basic of things. How do I go about this?

Thank you so much for this! I've been wanting to exercise for a long time, but i feel hesitant to follow fitness apps or exercise video routines because i want to know why i do certain exercises and what happens if i do them for a long time. Meaning, i want to be sure of what i am doing and prevent doing damage to my body because of wrong choice s. So this video really helped me learn the basics of doing exercise so i can build my own exercise training that fits my schedule and my personal goals. Thank you! ❤

I quit my job so I can reevaluate my goals and make a life I can live with everyday workouts. I want to workout 30 minutes to an hour everyday except if I really feel I need a day or two off. I need to get more muscle built up because I have hypothyroidism. I told my friend this and he said it was nonsense and to only eat meat and fruit lol
