Starting 80cm (31 1/2 inches), also I was bloated when I took the measurements.
Day 1: did it 2x
Day 2: did it
Day 3: done (the literal only thing that's keeping me motivated is not wanting to be one of those people that says, "I'm going to do this for a month and am going to keep you updated," but never comes back cuz they gave up.)
Didn't do it day4
Day 5 (technically day 6 cause its past midnight.) Did it
Day 6: didn't do it
Day 7: did it
I'll update in the morning, but I don't expect huge results, as I've done it for 5 days. Also the days I didn't do it are the days I went to sleep before 1 am. :)
Omg so I didn't expect this, but when I woke up I measured it and it was 30.5
Day 8: no
also I started a workout program so I might start doing this less
