This game is the only game I've played that made me feel shiny and chrome, awaited at the gates of Valhalla

I understand why people say this game was fucking MID.

The ending is extremely unsatisfying, the combat is pulled straight from the batman arkham games, and the open world is vacuous, uninspired and mostly meaningless.

Even if you do fully upgraded Max and the car it is all for not in the end.

I loved all the mad max movies and the game I’ve played over a hundred times. Just the atmosphere of a world descended into nothing but madness and decay always seemed cool to me. I feel the same on the inside so I reminisce with the feeling of the wasteland itself. Barren and gone to shit. But peaceful. My dad got me into the movies. It’s a weird touch seeing the interceptor go through so much abuse and having the surroundings take it’s toll on her as well as max’s mental state aswell. A rust bucket she became but she once shined in the day time. But like the world it fell apart too. The whole series is a warning to all of us that this could potentially happen one day. And we are all thinking survival is a game now and very few if ever happens, will cross the finish line.

I thought this game was awesome but my major complaint is, just like the movie, there were wayyy too many American accents. It should have been ALL Australian.

It pisses me off how Charlize Theron did an American accent for that movie, she's not even a Yank ffs.

Holy shit! I know this video is 7 years old, but God damn do I love that opening cutscene. It never plays again for return players, and I'm so glad I was able to find it in this video. I've thoroughly completed the game, several times over, and I've forgotten that scene. Thank you so much

If you thought this game would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.

Max finds a reason to care about two people and is immediately reminded why that's a bad idea. He suffers another tragic loss, loses even more grip on his sanity, and continues wandering.

If they made a second of this id buy it instantly, this was such a wonderfully underrated gem!!!!!

That intro though. Almost makes up for the... interesting steering mechanics.

Thank you for putting this together. Made it about half way through the game but stopped due to open-world burnout, watched the remaining half of the story I was going to miss

I put 28 hours into this game, got about halfway through the story before deciding to uninstall and play a new game. I stopped after failing the death race mission a bunch of times and realised I didn’t care enough to try again, and so watched the second half of this. Dam the second half really takes a dark depressing turn, and I went from liking Max to disliking him.

It is the Thunderdome fights in this film inspired the late professional wrestler Dusty Rhodes to propose and introduce a distinctive wrestling match format known as the War Games match. The first two opponents will fight for five minutes before the next wrestler is released from a cell. That whole time when you fight Scrotus in the game, I was just blasting Hollywood Undead - Glory. It felt fitting to me.

On PS4 I Share played The ENTIRE Game and My Friend (Who is A HUGE fan Of the series 'like me') He Was Gobsmacked of How Outstanding this Game is.
This Game is Just Stunning.
I'm happy and My dad is happy That Max Was In Mel Gibsons Road Warrior Outfit. It Pleased him that they Continued the Story With a Game as the 5th Installment Of the Franchise. (Mad Max 1,Mad Max 2:The Road Warrior, Mad Max 3:Beyond Thunderdome, Mad Max 4: Fury Road and Mad Max 5: The Video-Game.

Definitely one of my favorites games. And about the story, i like it much more than movies.

Chum was nice but at the end, u saw him as a selfish man not even caring that he ratted out a mother and her child to save him own skin
