hey , the doors show at the roundhouse is musically historic footage and it would be a great project to have fully restored and maybe colorized if at all possible by? Peter Jackson and his team they would do a great job on it

I was driving while giving them a listen (heard people are strange and knew I hit a gem-stone of a band) this song came on and as I listened to the lyrics I couldn’t help but laugh— I had a kid in the back enjoying the song but they didn’t know why I was having a little laugh over it. So far loving the whole scene of em— finding good music like this now is pretty difficult— Big fan alr!!🫶

It's just their run of albums The Doors, Strange Days, Waiting For The Sun, The Soft Parade, Morrison Hotel and LA Woman are all brilliant.
The Doors were also unique. Every band member was incredible.
John Densmore on drums, Ray Manzerak on keyboards that really gave it that unique Doors sound, Robby Krieger on guitar was amazing, his guitar work on Spanish Caravan is awesome and what a songwriter, then there's Jim Morrison, the ultimate frontman, what i would have given to see him and the Doors live, he was a unique poet which gave the Doors songs some incredible and strange lyrics, he was much copied as a frontman, like Michael Hutchence from INXS ( i may have gotten his name wrong, but he was truly a prodigy of Morrison's frontman persona before he sadly passed away. But there could only ever be 1 Jim Morrison, an american poet and so unique in his songwriting.

Damn Crawling King Snake came out on L.A Woman and Back Door Man was on their first album. That’s crazy to me wtf they had it in the vault for some years haha!

The first time I heard the album, LA Women, many years ago, I was mesmerized and listened to the album ( cassette tape )over and over on my Sony Walkman.
