Did all the collectibles reset besides the first ghosts of the deep one for anyone else?

Man I got stuck on the rainbow road tolands. I can't find the last couple. I'm solo on eternity mode and had to stop until I see where they are. I lose them when the ribbon stops being a road and you have to switch to the platforms... Does anyone have any hints?

Probably best to wait for All Dungeons to be available before going for Collectibles as the are currently glitched. Not sure if it's a Time Gate or Engagement Farming, but it's definitely an Algorithm and not a Bug. Bungie is Surreptitious

If you go to the right instead of left where you get the second collectible, there's a different shaped collectible.
