Ingredients for Kebabs:
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 lb. ground lamb or beef
1 onion, grated
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp. paprika

To make the kebabs, in a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, grated onion, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat mixture.
Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thin cylinder around a skewer. Be sure to press the meat mixture firmly onto the skewer so it doesn't fall off during grilling.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are fully cooked and nicely browned on all sides.
