ОтветитьAaron, i have done this kimchi recipes so many times and I wanna thank you because it was just so easy to make according to your recipe! It’s true I avoided doing it like a plague for the past few years because it’s hard to find the exact ingredients and back then then I didn’t know those could be substituted! It was so delicious it never last more than 2 weeks in the fridge!

I like this method better because the paste sits in the fridge while the cabbage sits. The paste is Delicious!!! Can't wait til it's done! Tell Claire Howdy!!!🎉

ОтветитьI made this dish today is the kimchi supposed to be really spicy? I purchased the bag of coarse chili powder at the Korean supermarket. Just tasted it’s good buy spicy 🌶️ gonna make pork belly which I also purchased with some perilla leaves.😊
