U can't play them once they are no longer in the ps plus library. If you download them when they are a part of ps plus they will stay in your library, but once they leave ps plus, you will have to purchase the game in order to play it. Edit you would have to be a ps plus tier member, they arent free ps plus costs you monthly. Once they are gone they are gone unless u purchase them.
