Still have mine since preorder but don’t use it anymore
ОтветитьMy battery heats up, love the phone as a second phone but I wonder if a new battery would help.
Ответитьbought one for 50 dollars. can emulate all games and has a great screen, one of the best looking phones of all time
ОтветитьMy S7 is still good as new, bought on 2016.
ОтветитьCOOL YOU DID A VIDEO ON THIS
ОтветитьI'm not going to lie, but i actually think the samsung galaxy s7 is still fairly worth it! It has a lot of capability, and it still works well! It's a bit outdated with the software, but everything else is still really good! I would still recommend it for some people, and it would be a great backup and a great hand-me-down for a young child and for an older grandparent.
ОтветитьI'm still using a s7
ОтветитьI had mine since 2017 and use it every day, just recently got a small crack in the screen. Replaced the battery and its better but not as good as when it was new, and the camera's starting to show its age. I don't want to "upgrade" to the giant newer ones 😭
ОтветитьI'm using one now. Pretty decent phone
Ответитьthe Galaxy S7 did get an OneUI port
ОтветитьIm late to this has anyone used the MSt in hardware for contactless card payments?
ОтветитьI used my s7 since 2015, i changed the battery a few mounth ago and still work perfectly
ОтветитьI have had the same S7 i had since middle school and im out of HS now. It served me well for a few years until I upgraded and then it sat in a box for a long time. Still works flawlessly other than a crack on the back glass and a chip on the fingerprint scanner, and the battery only lasts 1 hour on standby but its the oem battery.
ОтветитьMine has heating issues
ОтветитьHi. I got an s7, and the system storage is full and I just can't seem to free up space on it. I have been through the entire phone and just can't find what has taken up all that space. I need some help
ОтветитьIm using galaxy s7 too
Its have no problems along 7years
I was thinking to buy the s7 when my a32 4g dies
ОтветитьDowngrading from s9 back to s7 today! The audio is better on the s7.. upgraded 3 times since the s7 & regret each upgrade.
ОтветитьI still use this phone. Is there a list of the vulnerablilities that aren´t fixed due to the lacking security upgrades?
ОтветитьI miss the physical home button.
ОтветитьI know one thing, I purchased a s7 edge exynos version from ebay still new and I managed to custom rom it with android 13/One ui and it's a great phone! I love the s7 and think it's probably the best looking gold phone ever made. 1440p, amoled, micro SD, finger print and so much more. People trip off of mine every time I bust it out!
ОтветитьI have used it years ago but then someday it fell on the ground and the glass broke (but didn’t splattered) and it hadn’t turned back on since. I found it lately and thought, why not try it again? And it turned on! I’m an iPhone 11 user and when I saw that screen of the S7 again, I thought how could that display be better than my iPhone 11!? 😂
ОтветитьAnyone from kerla using s7...
I am still using...
Ith poliyaaaa....
Small battery is the biggest drawback, but its a great phone none the less
ОтветитьI had the s6 and absolutely hated everything about it but i did know alot of people that had s7 phones and really liked them
ОтветитьStill using s7 its great device in addition one thing that surprised me that it has heart rate ,spo2 sensors.🙈🙌
ОтветитьI'm still using this phone in 2023, actually I'm watching this video on it right now,and i gotta say, for a 2016 phone (plus i bought it used)
The battery gets me through a full day and not a bit if lag and I'm still running it at it's latest os 8 update.
And i really can't complain, sure this phone doesn't come with all the bells and whistles that the newer ones do, but i still love it, it does everything i need it to do, plus,if you want dark mode or any of that, just go to Google flags.
To me , this is still an excellent phone
I'm still using an S7! It's perfect for what I need it for, a good and reliable smartphone that's still up to date. No issues with games and emulation, no issues with content and no issues with communication. I probably won't stop using it 'till it's done for good lol
ОтветитьWould encourage people to be very beware of this phone. Have owned S7 4.5 years. Bought it brand new from At&T, never used. Can't use as a trade-in because of the issues with the screen.
The problems began 1.5 years after purchasing- with it becoming too warm, the metal sides would get way hot. Started to delete all apps & all photos. The bottom 1/3 of the screen started to flicker on & off then finally went completely black. I learned to text blindly- no joke.
After another year+, the rest of the screen started to flicker and finally went black too. Tried every button reset, like there are 15 different ones. None of them worked. I reset the phone several times, deleted all apps that it would allow. Never gamed on this phone & took very good care of it with an otter box case. Screen was never cracked, was in pristine shape. This is a common problem with some of the Galaxy series, and am super sure Samsung is very well aware of. Thousands of people have reported it already. I finally took my phone apart to see if the LCD cable was not attached properly to the screen, it was not that. Never understood if this was a software or hardware issue- research showed it could be either. Believe it could be a design flaw. Also, there are no more updates to download for this phone.
Has been nightmare not just to me, but many people who have several different Galaxy phones, read about. The only thing could do to get screen to come back was to blow dry screen, right sounds crazy- but it worked. But then it eventually would go black again. Throwing it into a deep pit volcano.
Good riddance Samsung- no more of either of you. Wouldn't do it over again if I knew what I know now..
It's been 7 years with my S7 and I still don't need to buy a new phone.
Battery performance is still good after years.
Samsung smartphones are very durable.
Also I still have my previous phone Galaxy S2 running without a sim card. I use it at home as alarm clock and watching videos in bed.
Try root
ОтветитьSo long as he's using a Exynos model & not a US S7 which are about 50% slower, then the S7 is still a pretty good phone.
I'm still using a Galaxy S7 because I really like it. I actually have newer phones & briefly owned an S21 before giving it away as a gift.
I think I'll continue using this phone for a few more years now. At least until google releases a small non- budget pixel. Like 5.9" would be perfect. Their pixels are massive these days.
This phone has great custom ROM support, you can actually install LineageOS with Android 13 on it which is nice. Though the stock OS is a lot better only issue is missing security updates all modern apps still work.
make a 3 minute video or make a 9 minute video and repeat myself again and again.
ОтветитьCan s7 play cod ?
ОтветитьI want to buy an g s7 but can't check Spectrum capatibility without imei.
Anyone using one on Spectrum?
32gb and small battery are the only two problems of this phone
ОтветитьImo software updates are overrated. The best software version is the one the came with the phone the year it was released.
Ответитьstill using this phone hahaha. for 7yrs now. i dont have any issues yet since i also use it for games and books
Ответитьi got this from my sister so
ОтветитьAndroid version ?
ОтветитьGalaxy s10e is a huge step up and still has headphone jack and USB type-C. Love mine as a daily driver. Used it for 3 months in Japan with Rakuten Mobile during winter 2022 and just swapped the micro SIM. S7 is basically our smart TV remote and extra camera/video recording device.
ОтветитьI just like them for nostalgia
ОтветитьI'm still occasionally using my S7 as of today, March 18, 2023, and to be quite honest with you, the performance is still quite exceptional. Sure, it can be choppy at times, especially in the beginning when using it, but lately it's been really surprising me on how well it performs, especially for a nearly seven year old device. My favorite feature is definitely the sharp, clear resolution of the screen, which is well over 500 ppi
ОтветитьI remember the s7 all to well. I loved that phone I use to have it for at least 3 years until I got the S9 unfortunately my mom's S7 had a defective battery that expanded and swelled up a few months after getting it luckily she got a new replacement S7 covered under warranty and that one lasted her at least 6 years. I'll always remember this phone it was fun to use
ОтветитьSomeone recently broke my brother's S7 in some wall, and now the display is dead, but it's expensive to fix and my father thinks there is no point to fix it and he can buy a new cheap Samsung for this money. Even though the phone was still working fine!
ОтветитьBro got a screen burn I think 🤔
ОтветитьOld samsung phones were a best! New samsung phones are .... bad
Ответить
