POV: The world is ending... but, you still have each other ~ dark/atmospheric video game music

It's over. It's all over. Fields burn. Buildings topple. Empires crumble. Only destruction as far as the eye can see, and the worst is yet to come. As you wait for the final disaster with bated breath, you lock eyes with each other. Still surrounded by chaos, you hold each other tenderly, rapid heartbeats slowing down to beat as one. Together, your final moments feel like an eternal lifetime.

I know this isn't as flashy as my usual mixes. This is because 1. I really should focus on school more this year, so a lower-effort project was needed 2. I wasn't quite sure how to depict what these songs made me feel when put together. So, I decided this theme's narrative would be more impactful if left up to audience interpretation.
