ОтветитьSo i tried this recipe out a it was pretty good and my family loved it but i felt like the Icing was lacked something so when i made it a second time i added "4oz/1/2 cup of Softened Cream Cheese" and what i assumed was half of the amount of milk needed for it (i think it was half i mostly eye balled it until i got the desired consistency needed) and it changed the flavor so much to the cookies i swear pumpkin and cream cheese is absolutely magical together.

ОтветитьI made these cookies i didn't have brown sugar so i added white sugar and a bit more butter they came out great! I tried making the drizzle on top but i sadly couldn't make it with the regular sugar 😂 it came out wity crystals still but all in all i love these cookies they tasted great and i left them without the drizzling in the end as they were sweet enough yummy thanks for this recipe u have a new subscriber! 🎉

ОтветитьI tried these out. They needed longer than 30 minutes to chill…I would say about 2 hours. Otherwise dough is too soft. Also needed longer than 11 minutes in oven…closer to 15 minutes. Otherwise great though! Soft and tasty!

ОтветитьI made these and they taste delicious but their not really like regular cookies the texture is different I think from the baking powder. They’re more of a caky texture than cookie but still delicious.

Ответить2 1/2 cup AP flour (300g)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking power
2 teaspoon cinamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
=> whisk and set aside
1/2 cup unsalted butter (113g)
1/2 cup white sugar (100g)
1 cup light brown sugar (220g)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanila extract
1 cup pumpkin puree (240g)
=> mix everything up
add dry ingredian in and mix everything up
put in fridge for 30mins to rest
set oven to 350, bake for 11 minutes
