See I find soul of cinder to be a much harder boss than radagon and elden beast. I've gotten to ng+7 and soul of cinder always kicks my ass, whereas I one shot radagon and elden beast the first time I ever fought them. Also soul of cinder is just a cooler boss. The fact that it is the physical representation of all who have ever linked the fire makes it one of the coolest bosses ever, whereas radagon is, well I don't really care too much about him I know a good deal about his life but all in all he is just as the turtle says, a random champion. Radagons moveset is so basic and so is elden beast's man, like getting past radagon to elden beast isn't really that hard as their move sets are so simple. however getting past soul of cinder is a test of your worth. Their moveset in the first phase is extremely varied and in the second phase is extremely damaging. They are a very dangerous boss because it's a true battle of attrition where the longer the battle goes on the higher the chance you will make a mistake, whereas radagon and elden beast are kinda pushovers. radagon is simple as hell, the tree sentinels are harder cooler bosses in my opinion, you know now that I think about it none of the remembrance bosses in this game except morgott and godrick really stand out to me as amazing bosses. Rykard is just luck, radahn is a gimmick fight and if you try not to fight him that way he is extremely annoying with how he will constantly dodge attacks and he spams his attacks that have huge hitboxes, rennala summons bull, mohg covers the arena with garbage, malenia is just a bad design more focused on being impossible to beat rather than being a good fight, I mean you really only remember 3 moves she did and the rest are sort of fuzzy, the lichdragon is just wailing on a foot, maliketh is not really that hard, astel has a janky hitbox, regal ancestor is easy, godfrey is artificially difficult because he is literally just arbitrary long timings and pretty much nothing else, fire giant is a boss with to much hp, too much spam, and random one shots, also the fight is just like the lichdragon in that you just wail on a foot. Oh actually now that I'm thinking about it dragonlord placidusax was a really good boss fight 70% of the time. the laser breath was stupid but him teleporting all over the place and swiping you with red lightning was cool as hell as well as descending down from the sky with a lightning claw was also cool. seriously ds3 did bosses way better. It's kinda weird how a lot of the lesser bosses were better than the main bosses. I mean crucible knights, siluria and ordovis, tree sentinels, blackblade kindred, grafted scion, draconic tree sentinel, marais executioner and bell bearing hunters, death birds and death rite birds, bloodhound knights, erdtree avatars, alecto and black knife assasins that aren't invisible, fallingstar beast, I actually like godfreys shade more than godfrey because the first half wasn't so much waiting for the right time to dodge, lion guardians, loretta, and mohg in the shunning grounds because he doesn't spam stuff all over the arena.

This is the battle of the gods, i enjoy them both.
