I think I'm gonna do that to my 3070, but with Be Quiet Fans. The Silent Wings Pro 4 are the sexiest fans on the market (also quieter than Noctua and second only to the Industrial PPC line in terms of airflow).

i can tell you that the evga 2060 xc oc ultra 6gb card can fully run some games at 0 rpm at 52-66 degrees

I have (inoo3D RTX2070 super chill version) and i am running heavier games like Warzone 1,2 Forza horizon5 and get only 55-65 degrees, even that my room is 25 degrees and in closed case with zero rpm mood which make this GPU awesome compared to yours

It makes no sense to compare temperatures under different RPM fans. One could easily have double the airflow and you wouldn't notice

noctua is like Apple ... a lot of their concurrent perform same as they do (sometime even better ) and cost a fraction of their pricing ...
my Red Devil RX 6700 XT is in the same league as that 3070 , is virtually silent (and cool 55° with a hotspot of 69°° most of the time ) and i got her for 450chf/$ last year (thanks crypto crash for juicy promo) although even at full price ofr 650chf/$ t would still be better priced and still adequately cooled while only using 3 slots
