Ответить3 years of hard training, following the abdominal assault daily, from not being able to do shit to being able to do each video easily including doing pushups during mountain climbers. Gained all the weight back studying and ordering pizza all day in one college semester without training, and now I couldn't even do a complete windshield wiper, all hardwork of mine is gone and im now a fat ass again. I now want to kill myself

ОтветитьHey Brandon that was an amazing workout the only thing i had to change because i haven't been working out for a over 1.5 month was the plank and mountain climbers ( i did rest during the sets) like the first set, when i can do this again in a few days i will try to do plank on set 2 and 3 then try with mountain climbers. How often do you recommend that i do this assault? 2-3 times a week or 5-6 times? Hands down the best abs training i've ever done
