Eu tenho vontade de fazer sexo demais e quando não tá meu namorado por perto tenho que me masturbar e me sinto mal por isso por que e a fase que eu acho que estou bem 😢 fico eufórica gasto com coisas que não eram pra gastar perco dinheiro,já na fase maníaca não consigo limpar a casa não consigo dormir bem e de dia durmo demais mais teve um dia que fiquei 24 horas sem dormir quando tava eufórica falava muito e não conseguia me satisfazer nos meus pensamentos todos vazios 😩 as vezes qusndo esrou num quarto muito triste tenho psicose e delírios escuto pessoas me chamando e quando fecho meus olhos vejo as vezes faces de pessoas horríveis igual a monstro! Quando eu tinha meus 9 anos veio a primeiras coisas absurdas na minha mente ja vi um homem com pe de bode ,com 14 anos vi um boi com cabeça de gente,aos 18 anos a depressão agravou na gravidez ,foi ai que vi depois q tive A minha filha piorou , comecei ter um pouco de esquisofrenia via coisas que ninguém via ,escutava coisas que ninguém escuta ,isso so quando estava em estado de tristeza profunda, depôs passava eu queria sair pra gastar dinheiro comprava roupas decotadas que chamam atenção mais eu temho o transtorno desde pequena temho parente com bipolaridade e esquizofrenia,meu e grau 1

For the first 3 years I struggled bad with bipolar disorder had a number of episodes including spending money on cds & games I really couldn't afford the meds work fine suffered a big one in august 2020 & this had been a very busy exhausting year due to my sister's sons appointments, specialists & meetings not to mention I've got my own stuff going on at the moment so far this year I've suffered 5 small episodes due to too much stress & anxiety but I'm doing much better these days

I'm pretty introverted person and a kind of lonewolf-type so my social needs aren't that significant. I do chat with people online daily through some forums, but in real life I don't socialze much. (Social gathering other than with my family make me uncomfortable haha)
For the most part I don't feel that lonely, but sometimes I do feel some sort of craving for interaction. I somewhat think it's affecting me because I have noticed that I often make bad decisions when I'm alone. Idk🙄
