How I missed the sound of silence. I have this problem over a year, I have white noise machine some nights it helps but I wake up to the sound in my ear. I pray to God to help me to give me piece or help me ignore it. I hope one day there is a cure for everyone. I worried not enough sleep will give me more anxiety attacks which I suffer now. Hi I am suffering for tinnitus for almost two years now and I am very struggling dealing with it because is really stressing me out to the point I don’t know what to do many times. I used hear a cricket my whole like and I thought everybody was the same until I found out is not.

My meds is causing this, it gets louder with my palpitations. The sounds have been helpful

This is actually helpful. There are other things that also help. I recently read something about how tinnitus might be caused by a vitamin imbalance, but I'd suggest asking a professional. Still, this helps a bit.

I was suffering from severe tinnitus for 3 years. But I got better. Now I listen to this every night, so it doesn't have a chance to creep back into my mind.

I just want to say if you feel desperate and you just want it to stop, never give up hope. Healing waits around the corner for you.

Ille give this a try I've had tinnitus 24/7 for everyday for 16 years nowt can stop it being there for 5 dam minutes really can't worse part is I have no inner ear drum or normal drum just a straight hole going down I wish and long for a day for it just too fk right off but no not going to happen so as I say ille give this a try but not holding any of my hopes up

Hi dude this is great secret....i had tinnitus for past years and i consider 10+ ENT nothing made cured ..after that I kept garlic which removed the garlic skin and took a two piece of it and little bit shaved the edge and kept it on my ears and slept ....and within 1 night my ears back to my normal state....boys please try this 2 years of T gone in one night...hope you do

Okay, this worked literally instantly. Today during dinner I suddenly developed this very low hum in one ear as if some kind of machine started working in the vicinity, and with it came the sense of pressure, weight and unease. This here came up as a next position on a tinnitus playlist and the pressure went away almost immediately, and so did the low hum. All I'm left with is a weird high-pitched reverberation after any and all loud sounds, but still, the relief is incredible.

Whoever still reads this and uses this for sleep . You have found a wonderful way to cope with your T and it will get better day by day .

Hi everyone, such positive amazing words from you all. This fills me with hope. I know that many have T and the sound in our heads not only differs but also has different levels and that we can have good and bad days. I have had T for some years now at varying levels.
It was quite low but over the last month it has increased to a level that I feel sure at some point with videos like this and positive comments from all of you experiencing similar or same experiences it will improve.
I have not been sleeping well which causes anxiety which in turn causes stress. This doe not help when you have T. I will try this video and see how it goes. For me all your positive vibes give me so much help & hope, I am sure it will calm me down so much. I feel sure that we will all cope with it and not let it take over. Stay positive may all our words and this video help others dealing with the same issues. Smile you have got this. K.

Is it helpful for hyperacusis

I got tinitus when I was 21, malfunctioning firework exploded near my hand. No scratch on my body except constant white noise in my brain. Wish it could go away, it's 6 years now. One mushroom component might help according to some researches 😂🍄

Thank you so much for this. I listen to block my T if it’s bothersome that day. I read, run errands, cook, have conversations and of course pray. It’s very meditative. A good pair of ear buds are money well spent if you have tinnitus. Peace be with you all.

I have tinnitus for just about 2 months now. I read people have ringing ... I have sounds like a thousand cicades in the trees at night... very annoying all day long. I have been searching for a sound therapy that will help while I am at work ...this one is good!

Tenho Tinnitus desde 2018, já fui no otorrino várias vezes e não tem nada de errado no meu ouvido, mesmo assim essa praga nunca sai dos meus ouvidos. Meu Tinnitus parece ser uma doença, tipo Parkinson, é horrível não poder ter silêncio.
