A few ways to save money. Get the frozen spinach for smoothies and dollar tree has frozen fruit. You can make your own almond milk with almonds and water. But dollar tree has almond milk too. Good luck!

I love Trader Joe’s! I used to work there and I bought stuff everyday lol. I personally do 75-100$ every week for groceries because that’s something I can’t play about. I don’t like eating out so I definitely take out of spending money and put it towards groceries. Health is wealth and I rather send more on groceries then regretting neglecting my body later.

So I did the math and where I live in Canada, according to Walmart prices (which is the cheapest grocery store I know of in my area) it came out to $70. All the food looks super good tho and I really appreciate this video!!
