Noah lyles could actually beat bolt in most of the 200m races because he has ran sub 19.6 and 19.5 so many times thats is actually way more than ussain bolt even though he has the fastest races, I feel ussain boly from 2008 to 2012 could beat noah lyles may be because i have never seen bolt running under pressure due to his great explosive 1st half , the competition in sprinting events are way more than what it used to be, you could see how blake and sambini are struggling agasint the american and canadian sprinters. The only thing that makes bolt unique is his dominance over 100 and 200m both of these where noah lyles is only the best at 200m , in 100s he does not even come to the finals , litrelly 8 sprinters are faster than him.
