Use the 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, Diluted it with water (1:1), rinse in the mouth for 10-20 seconds, and only do this for 1 or 2 times a week, if you overusing it your gums and teeth will become weak and sensitive, bcs hydrogen peroxide is corrosive. CMIIW 😊
