You are genius! Thank you for a such detailed explanation!!:)
ОтветитьWow. Thank you
ОтветитьThank you. I hope I can get this right now. I use dumbells for my deadlifts. Can you please tell me if that is ok or if should I invest in a barbell? If so, is a short barbell also alright?
ОтветитьJust got back from deadlifting and noticed why I couldn't lift my old pr
ОтветитьFantastic video, great explanations and visuals.
ОтветитьThank you Jeremy. I'm a beginner and your videos help me not just in getting good forms but also in motivating me to go to the gym and make progress.
ОтветитьThis is top tier content
ОтветитьGreat video! I will flag this to watch every 6 weeks or so to remind me of the key points. I'm in PT for pulling my back and I know now my form was getting sloppy after 15 months of working out with purpose.
ОтветитьThanks.
Ответить🙏
ОтветитьIts mistake because hes look not forward bws hws wrong work!
Ответитьthank you, adding that trick with pushing with my legs really helped
ОтветитьYou don’t have to be extreme; just consistent.
Ответитьvery informative and super clear instruction. I've read articles but the video is so much more helpful. Thanks
ОтветитьWhen i stay close to the bar, and lift it, it hits my knee very badly how to fix this?
ОтветитьGreat explanation sir esp pressing feet through the floor .. bless you
ОтветитьI’m a quite small girl and always see the big men so this… always been scared it would make me as big as them, but I might try this next time
ОтветитьTo anyone who still suffers from the rounded deadlift, one good thing to keep on mind is that think of someone pulling your ass from behind.
ОтветитьFor sure I was doing it wrong. Thanks 👊🏼
ОтветитьI was just about to go to the gym to blow my back out on deadlifts but then I found this. Honestly didn't think a lot went into the exercise but thank you for the info.
ОтветитьNice , Thanks
ОтветитьBro I’ve been deadlifting 130kg at 64kg bodyweight so wrong how is my back not broken 💀💀💀
ОтветитьThank you! I appreciate your informative training videos!
ОтветитьBest video i watched on deadlift.
ОтветитьAfter doing these exercises and back hurts a day later, does this mean the motions were done incorrectly?
ОтветитьBest explained breakdown ever
Ответитьhave you done this tutorial/guide with hex bar maybe?
ОтветитьThis is almost the best informative video I’ve ever seen… second only to bill nye
ОтветитьNever watched a video on this but I felt like I should, guess I was doing it right
ОтветитьSo many detailed videos about dead lift on you tube. But why neither of them is describing when to breathe in and breathe out ?
ОтветитьNot a chance is Rice on £3k a week
ОтветитьI messed up by doing the last mistake in the video, and afterward, it felt like I pulled a muscle on the left side of my lower back. I eventually felt discomfort and had to stop exercising. I just took two weeks off because of it. Now I'm going back to try and do these correctly tonight.
Ответить👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Ответитьgreat
ОтветитьI can’t get my back flat any tips
ОтветитьThanks man! I was having low back pain but this has helped so much in improving it!
ОтветитьI have always neglected watching your videos due to being too informative and long (not that it's a bad thing, just not my cup of tea) for my liking. But I gotta say, this one helped me feel them more on my back, lower back to be exact. My previous form only allows me to feel it on my quads and hamstrings which I think is more on the squat form. I mainly use dumbbells for working out as I only do workout at home. Thanks for this man, appreciate the extensive tips and knowledge. I just hope you'll consider adding specific time frames on your videos for people who like direct to the point explanation/demos. Anyways, still a very good informative video.
Ответитьcant seem to keep my back straight
ОтветитьI was always told to keep your head up because it takes weight off your spine
ОтветитьThe top strongmen often lean back in the upper portion of the deadlift to be able to lockout, is that bad?
ОтветитьPushing the floor works like magic 👍
ОтветитьThe number one way to execute a proper deadlift is to lighten the weight. DL is the essential ego lift motion.
Second way to improve your DL motion and maximize benefit is to control the weight on the way down. This stabilizes connective tissue and keeps load on muscles while lengthening which improves blood flow, flexibility and overall progress.
Don't slam the weight down; if you are you are lifting too heavy. Muscles do not respond to EXCESSIVE loads on muscles the CNS responds to loads just above previous baseline; meaning small increments from previous loads you were able to handle properly.
Grwat video.
I touch n hit my shins too often ... Annoys me 😢
ОтветитьGood 👍
ОтветитьMy gym bro said he’s wrong so guys don’t listen to him.
ОтветитьThanks for the thorough video.
Ответитьso how do you do a dead lift with a Smith Machine...both straight and angler models????
