Hey Aaron, really enjoy your videos mate, keep them coming. I have question, I am moving to Perth WA soon from NZ and bring my Bronco and Bronco Pro with me. I was warned that I cannot use them when there are fire bans and apparently there are many fire bans. This is a concern as I smoke meat every weekend and some week days. Cannot see the issue as they are contained fires. Really appreciate any advise or feedback. Cheers
ОтветитьAbsolutely loving this channel fella👌🏻 the large brisket would fit in the normal bronco if you hang it ? I’m looking at buying one next week after hours of vids 😂
ОтветитьHey Az, thx for the video - any idea where you can get the Bronco Pro in Black?
ОтветитьHow do you rate BRONCO PRO DRUM SMOKER over a KAMADO JOE?
ОтветитьHi Aaron, looking at buying one of the pros since watching your video so thanks for the comparison and review. Do you know if you could fit a second rack on the lower section and 2 do you know whether anyone is making accessories for these yet. Seen your birria taco video and see your hot plate thought that would be useful
ОтветитьIf you had to choose only one to smoke with, either the bronco pro or the oklahoma joe offset standard/ reverse flow set up, which would you choose and keep!
Having trouble deciding which set up to go for!
💪🏿Standard owner, we get the job done
ОтветитьHey mate do they have a air flow controller for the pro that controls air flow into the fire intake ?
ОтветитьHey just wondering, do you use a drip pan in these when cooking ?
If you do, do you place it on the hear deflector ? If not, how do you manage keep the deflector looking brand spanking new ? Would love your Input on this as I plan to ugrade to this with a heavy input from your opinion from the comparison of your smokers video
Hi. How accurate is the temp probe? Do you use a separate ambient probe as well?
Thanks. Wife and I love your channel 🤘
Definitely made up my mind now 😎
Ответитьis it possible to get a black bronco pro in australia?
ОтветитьI currently run a Kamado for all my cooks, high heat searing, smoking, pizzas etc. want to pull the trigger on a bronco pro but worried I may find myself just using it the same as my Kamado and won’t get use out of it…
Would you say adding a drum smoker to my setup would be an advantage or not worth pairing with a Kamado??
Love your videos man !
Apart from size, is there a difference in build quality/finish?
ОтветитьHey mate,
Love your video.
I’m torn between the standard Bronco , the portable oaklahoma and Webber kettle master touch pro for my first charcoal BBQ Grill / smoker. I’m looking to have a great versatile BBQ.
The bronco pro is nice. But If I'm gonna pay that much for a drum smoker, I'm just gonna get a gateway 55gallon drum smoker.
ОтветитьWhich one is more fuel efficient?
ОтветитьThe pro is $700, which is more than double the price of the regular Bronco! For a backyard chef the cost difference seems a bit too much. The pro is built out of the exact same material's, same wheels, same temp gauge, same side tray, and same handle's as the original. The only difference is size and cook time, and it's not a big enough difference to me to spend an additional $400! Especially on a barrel smoker where you usually hang meat. Also, with the deflector plate in, both smokers have about 18 inch's of hang height.
ОтветитьI have them both and enjoy each for different reasons while appreciating their similarities in performance. Something that I consider an added benefit for the Pro is that it is in the 22 inch class of cooker so there are a number of accessories for the Weber kettle that fit to a T. The most obvious is a wide variety of grate options for those who wish such things. Beyond that are readily available griddle options both in plate steel and cast iron. Also, I've adapted an Onlyfire Santa Maria attachment (similar to the Gabby's but with a removable grate) for occasional use. Also there are several Weber focused rotisserie devices that will fit. Beyond those mentioned are others such as SNS fuel bins, Vortex units, and on and on. Thanks to the popularity of Weber kettles the options are huge in number. Folks with limited imaginations only see the price difference rather than the potential, but that's normal.
ОтветитьI’ve been wanting Oklahoma joe bronco drum smoker for ages now. I’m not afraid to admit this But I’m so jealous right now, with that said congrats on getting ur OJ bronco drum.
ОтветитьYou've had that brisket going overnight havn't you? I can smell it from here. cheers.
ОтветитьIt's beautiful in that colour too. I'm jealous.
ОтветитьSure it’s on the way but looking forward to a vid of first cooks. I’m a newbie and getting use to temp control. Would be curious about how easy it is to get this beast to a set temp and how much tinkering it takes to keep it there
ОтветитьI'm sure the price is a bit different too lol
ОтветитьGood video and I would get the Pro if I had the room!1
ОтветитьI want both lol
