Attorney Martinez did a wonderful job with this case. I thought he could have been a lot harder on Arias than he was.

The Prosecutor said that Arias didn't know he discovered she bought a third gas can at Walmart. Aren't Prosecutors suppose turn over ALL discovery?

I have to say that when i travel between California and Arizona, i have gas cans in my trunk because THE GAS IN CALIFORNIA IS SO FREEKIN' EXPENSIVE!!

The Political realm is why the disbarrment happened! Juan Martinez did an excellent job, hands down!! He had to change from the first line of planned prosecution in that the evidemce given by the Coroner would have conflicted with the truth! You never would desire to at odds with the States Conroner! I feel I could have gotten admissions from that Conorer that it is possible that there transpired a different version of events after the shot was fired! For myself the conflect in the testimony of The Coroner that the shot came last, Jodi admitted that the cutting of TA's throat was last! Also the fact that a Mother had been shot by a 38 cal at close range and managed to drag herself more than 14 ft and place a call to 911, I just feel that the Coroner should have been challeged!!! Jodi stole the 22 cal pistol, She planned a clean murder and she planned fuel enough to not have to stop the entire time in AZ. She lied numerous times! My opinion of the actual murder is this!, She stated that she actually left the house late in the day, the rental car was not at the house!, and after some minutes she returned, enough time to have TA in the shower, naked and vulnerable, she sneeks back in, takes a knife from the kitchen and re-enters the private bedroom and bathroom of Travis to confront him whilst he is naked! She likely re-entered and was in the home to hear that he had turned on the shower!!! She confronted him and she took the pictures for her own satisfaction of knowing these were the last (according to her plans) The last pictures of his life! (As in the case of the Mother, shot in the face with a higher cal than the 22, jodi stole) Travis was hit and stunned, yet not out, the blood evidences at the sink, shows he made it to the vanity!!! She could not manage to fire again as the cartridge jammed ( that is why it is on top of the blood and not covered in blood!!) Yet she had the knife and she started stabbing him in the back!!! He tried to fight back and to escape, in the hallway he collapses and she finished him with the cutting of his throat! WE ALL SAW that after that was a slaughter house and the pictures, well let us say KRAMA, Angels!!! Well I just know that there are and were massively corrupt officals in AZ, that desired to take Juan Martinez out the way they did! Juan Martinez you are an epic humen being!

After following this case trial interviews etc the camera issue has always fascinated me and after watching the trial from beginning to end and retrial documentary’s reviewing evidence and photos I strongly believe that the camera never was dropped or was on the floor
She was a photographer supposedly and had prior experience taking photographs and I believe that the camera was around her neck with the straps that come with it and that’s why during the struggle these photos are taken and that will happen if u are moving around and it’s touching ur body. Like the picture with her leg and his head and the blood I think she was bending down because that’s most likely where she cut his throat and that picture was taken along with her moving his body we see the wall
That’s my strong belief and I think that’s what happened
