En el día después de la celebración más entrañable y esperada por muchos, la Navidad de 2004, el mundo fue testigo de una tragedia que estremeció hasta lo más profundo de nuestros corazones.
El tsunami que azotó las costas de Tailandia se erigió como un gigante despiadado, arrasando con todo a su paso, dejando a su paso un rastro de devastación y desolación que aún hoy nos estremece al recordarlo.

Aquella ola monstruosa, impulsada por fuerzas de la naturaleza que desafían nuestra comprensión, se convirtió en un verdadero cataclismo, segando vidas inocentes, destrozando hogares y dejando cicatrices imborrables en las almas de quienes lo vivieron y en los corazones de aquellos que, desde lejos, sintieron el dolor de la distancia y la impotencia.
