Gentlemen… great playing !!!
ОтветитьWow , you guys can play ! Loved this vid , especially "Waiting for an Alibi " took me way back ......Thank you .
ОтветитьI bet Joe Bonamassa has seen this video. 1959 was the year of The Best.
ОтветитьSome fine demo tones and playing! Really enjoyable to listen to.
ОтветитьThank God they took off the bigsby. They should be re-named to Gaysby.
ОтветитьGibson is like a good wine. As long as it is a good Gibson (Or wine) you can have one x50 in price, and it's more about talk and story than actual quality or sound. This is my believe.
ОтветитьNathaniel!!!!! F beast!!!
ОтветитьCan anyone tell me what color burst the '59 on the left at the beginning is?
ОтветитьPretty sure I played that tomato soup red ‘60 when I went to CME a few years back.
ОтветитьGood guitars no doubt. But they’re just guitars at the end of the day. It take a lot more stuff in addition to create music. So easy with the marketing speeches.
ОтветитьThanks for making this video. It is great to see how different each guitar really is.
ОтветитьGod bless you guys, thank you for sharing this video with us.
ОтветитьGreat video and great jam
ОтветитьThey were never called Burst. Called Les Paul Standard. What they are, all that old wood is long gone.
ОтветитьThese would have been obscure 50's Gibsons if it wasn't for Clapton.
Ответитьperfect paf tone!
ОтветитьWait...thats not Nathaniel. Joel kick the skinny guys ass then make fun of him with some appropriate slurs please. You know him better and can cut him deeper.
ОтветитьThe song they play at 03.03 is that a jam or a cover of a song?
ОтветитьThe middle one is a late ‘60s, the far right is an early ‘60s.
ОтветитьGibson LesPaul got 7 and there's nothing better for a solid body electric guitar Get one!
ОтветитьMy two favorite guitarists you guys have (I still love you Andrew i promise!) in one place! We need more Joel and Nathaniel playing together in my life!
Ответитьthis guitars are not originals, these looks like fakes or better call it reissues les pauls too new imaculate for originals
ОтветитьFantastic video guys, thanks for giving us a taste of barely-obtanium. Bonus points for cool songs and playing😊🔥🤘
ОтветитьAnd practically none owned by a deserving player.
Ответить..how did I miss this? Excellent playing, gents.
Ответитьin the light is a super underrated zeppelin cut - quintessential les paul tone
ОтветитьIt is indeed the only right thing to do……👍🏻
ОтветитьActually this is the best demo I've ever heard on Legit 58, 59 or 60 Burst's. That TONE!! Gravy of the Gods right there and killing guitar playing as well. Really enjoyed this one thank you!
ОтветитьI'll take all three! Where do I insert the card? Ok no nasty comments! No really Pay Pal personal check? What? They all sold?? Damn why didn't I get a call for God's sake?? Oh yeah I forgot...I'm Joe Schmoe from nowheresville. 😎
ОтветитьI must own one. This will be an heirloom guitar for my son. Please help me with a layaway for a Murphy Lab model.
ОтветитьThere were a lot here in town, we used to have songbirds guitar museum 😭
ОтветитьI liked the CME jam at the end of the video. You guys should give it a name.
ОтветитьI love this video. Thanks for sharing the history of this great instrument.
Ответить🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
ОтветитьSUBSCRIBE & TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS TO NEVER MISS A CME DOCUMENTARY!
ОтветитьI don't like flame top so much. Plain top for me.
ОтветитьWhere´s the part 2 of this?
ОтветитьHe forget to mention the now late great Peter Green. But then again theres Mick Taylor,Gary Rossington, Paul Kossoff, Joe Walsh ,Billy Gibbons, Mark Knopfler etc.......
ОтветитьLove Thin Lizzy.......
ОтветитьI didn’t know Kimmel was so into Bursts 🤷♂️
ОтветитьYou guys always make the best shit!
ОтветитьSweet used guitars.
ОтветитьI've shopped at the music exchange and sold an old epiphone. The whole team were incredibly nice ppl and it's always a treat to make a road trip to get there.great place, great ppl
ОтветитьAfter hearing ramble on it put mein mind of page playing ramble on in it might get loud and i am stuck by how incredible pages duncan custom shop bridge pickup in his number 1 sounds. It sounds amazingly close to a real paf . I wonder how many people will comment on this video by saying i thougjt page played all that stuff on a tele.
ОтветитьGuys, what guitar does anybody think is the best combination of a Les Paul & Strat?
ОтветитьI gotta get down there, what a strange business move to drop the Les Paul when they did in the early days.
