He doesn’t take in to consideration possible evictions, maintenance, repairs etc. You don’t get instant equity, it has to appraise and this is determined by what’s going on in that specific market. This guy is sugar coating real estate investing. FULL OF CACA! BEWARE!!

“Duplicate it” is a lot easier said than done. How do you duplicate it over and over again getting around DTI? I’m not saying you can’t become a millionaire off of real estate. I own real estate myself. However you’re making it seem so easy to just pop out a property left and right.

Currently not working my wife is a resident doctor looking at signing a 500k contract in 2022 in TX currently in KY. We are debt free with newer vehicles. My question is what would you be doing right now if you were me. P.s she's onboard with investing in real estate.

Hold up... In a video a couple months ago you said you had over 5M in debt and you recently said you owned 13M in property. Wouldn't this put your LVR at 0.6? You also said you get over 300k a year in cash flow. Don't see how 300k/8M is getting you the 15-20+% cash flows you claim in your videos. Even if you bought more real estate recently, the numbers are still virtually inconceivable.
