What I found from other sources it seems the part that extends out without support is 66m or 216.5ft. While impressive it is in fact not the furthest cantilever. The house on the rock in Spring Green, Wi has the infinity room which extends out 218ft and was built in 1985.

I never see Arabs design or build anything on their own soil. It looks like the West is building a tourist city for Westerners on Arab soil. The real Arab buildings are out in the Dubai suburbs, a 3rd world looking neighborhood.

Yes Dubai is like a Candy Store with every Candy you could possibly imagine, the only problem is no one can afford it & no one really wants it.
