I used excel the most in my work, please suggest me a way in which I can give preset command in excel and the data will be changed accordingly.
along with this also guide me - how to set your own commands in excel so that similar changes can be made regularly.

i have excel 2007 in that column is showing in 1,2,3,4 and many but it should be A,B,C,D. how to change this? Please reply
