At least they should feed the workers. The salary is only used to buy food and fuel to work for Amazon.
There should be a food allowance for the workers 😔

fascinating look into the inner workings of Amazon's warehousing system!😍 It's incredible to see the efficiency at such a large scale. I've also delved into the logistics and operations side of my channel, discussing how different companies handle warehousing challenges. If you enjoy these insights, you might find some valuable content on my channel too. Keep up the great work!

I wouldn't mind getting my orders late if it means less stress on the people who work there.
This is coming from someone who deals with manufactured competitiveness from my employers as well. and left feeling inept and slave-like because i can't keep up with an exponential curve of productivity.

Amazon has now done what Home Depot and Staples did ...run the smaller competition with a variety of well-made brands out of business....If you purchase from these giants you are now buying THEIR cheaply made-in-China brands....Home Depot is Glacier Bay plumping and faucets. ...Hampton Bay lighting and electrical....ALL cheap products that won't last 2 yrs...No more well-made products on their shelves ....Amazon today rarely now sells name-brand products ...it's all their China brand cheap poorly made crap.

Machines are still developing sorting and organizing algorithms but in the future machines will master it. Humans will be obsolete in Amazon warehouse. Amazon is going through a series of transitions from human to machines operated. Due to a large number of back bending activities, many human are getting injures in Amazon warehouses. These jobs are not suited for human, as a result Amazon are being sues by their employees for not addressing the back bending issue. Amazon have lost millions of dollars due to many back bending litigations. In the future, Amazon hope to replace all human employees with machines.

Buying the company that makes those robots doesn’t give Amazon a competitive advantage. Lots of companies make similar robots. The automotive industry has used them for years.
