I've done the shadow work so much at this point I feel I'm no more a naive person those who are religious and practice spiritual stuff it's more easy for them and it helped me in so many ways spiritual practices are also important doing meditation and surrender to god your problems and yourself as well because he knows what's best for you more than you so any which ways both the things are aligned and everything is aligned to eachother.

God I sometimes just wish my dad didn’t hit me as a kid. That and emotional neglect from my mom seem to be the root cause of so many of my problems. There’s nothing I can do about the past though so I better just start facing and addressing these issues without blaming anyone. Anyways thanks for the video Simone as always. I lately catched myself feeling jealous of… my best friend. And of course I love her and don’t want her to have a friend like that and I myself don’t want to feel like that towards her. I feel like that sometimes when she is better at school than me or corrects me on my work and I realized that I get triggered, cause I want to be as academically successful as her, but when I try I would burn myself out so moral of the story, do whats best for YOU! hi, I need a suggestion from you all pls pls pls.
At the starting, we were so good. Text eachother all the time . Shared every small detail. On call for hours.
After couple of years, He started giving late replies. Literally after, 6hrs 12hrs and 22 hrs. A good thing happened in my life I wanted to share with him. Called 6 times and he answered call on the 7th time.
If I ask him why are not replying..... Reason notification were off. I'm that much on whatsapp. Should I believe him that he opened whatsapp once in a day. I don't trust his stupid reasons anymore.
Tell me what should I do?

I've been in a sort of slump for a while now, not so bad to the point where I can't get out of bed and brush my teeth but I get distracted really easily. I thought it was because of my short attention span but now I've realised that it's because I'm scared of failing despite putting in the hardwork, and of missing out on things I enjoy doing, whether I'm supposed to be doing them at the time or not. It's self sabotage because I'm scared of everything that's on my plate atm. It's really not the kind of mindset I wanna have, but I need to accept this side of myself in order to move on and do better.
