Civil Society: Transformation and Global Challenges
Civil society actors played a pivotal role in setting the framework for their national cultures. Subsequently, for the creation of strong transformative agendas for sustainability and development: for instance, the Paris Accord for Climate Change, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Even today, during the COVID-19 pandemic global Civil Society is playing a leading role. What are their challenges? How may these be overcome and de-politicized?
