When Kent Clothier was 17, he and his father worked together at their company in the grocery industry.
When he became CEO at 23, they had grown it from $0 to $47 million.
By the time he was 30, they grew it to $1.8 billion in sales.

He started flipping houses in 2003 and has since flipped over 10,000 single family homes.
Their Family run organization now flips 800 houses a year and manages a portfolio of over 7,000 homes in 11 markets.

He came up with a new concept called “Reverse Wholesaling,” and invented the first software that automated finding buyers.
Both were game-changing innovations in the industry.

2010, he was “flying high again in business”, but had a near-death accident when his plane caught fire that changed his thought process
The plane caught fire and went into a nose dive while he was on the way back from a real estate event
He was seated 7 rows away from his family when it happened and heard his five-year-old daughter yelling “Daddy!”
After that, he decided: “I will no longer leave anything unsaid or undone. I will pursue moments over money because you can’t take it with you. I will live every moment as fully as I can so that when my time comes, even if it’s tomorrow, I will have no regrets.”

He’s currently the CEO and Founder of REWW & The Boardroom Mastermind and spends most of his time now focusing on helping real estate entrepreneurs to turn their "side hustle" into a real business and evolve into dynamic CEOs and leaders.
