ОтветитьLove your videos! You're my go-to for aches and pains. I did recently get evaluated for constant lower back pain which started after I began physical therapy for my knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome).
For my back, it was recommended I do the first and last stretch in this video (and 3 others). What are the benefits to holding the trunk rotation one? I'm just supposed to go back and forth.
I haven't had any imaging, but his exam concluded L5-S1 inflammation. Started on one side but now switches, so I'm going to ask about that at my next appointment.
Are these 3 safe for someone with degenerative disc disease in lower back??

ОтветитьCan you please help a video for uti during pregnancy. I have frequent incomplete urination with burning sensation. I had already took 3dose of antibiotics as advised by my gynecologist. I have a question.
I been watching your videos and LOVE your gentle approaches to spine issues. Your voice is so soothing.
I am wondering if it is wise/ safe to do QL stretching exercises while having spondy (it's at L5 L4 and I have a disc bulge at L5 S1). My Massage Therapist who is brilliant at what she does says I have really tight QL muscles and that is likely tugging at my spine issues.

I've had this pain since June and the worst was in September. It doesn't hurt as much but I still get some pain and tingling down my left leg. Any tips? I do stretches every day.

ОтветитьI like your 20 minute real time routine a lot for my morning and evening stretches. However, once in a while my back pain will wake me up. I always wondered what two or three stretches I could do to get some relief without going through 20 some minutes of exercise. Thank you ma’am
ОтветитьTwo days ago I could not do lower abs thanks to my tight back. Monday I tried these, worked my abs and today completed a series of deadlifts. I like the twisty one the best.
