I'm a long-time fan of Simcha, and this was an enjoyable, well-produced and well-explained piece, but he is wrong on the Red/Reed Sea issue and location of the real Mt. Sinai.

He should be aware of Ron Wyatt's findings of the crossing at Nuweiba Beach, Mt. Sinai in Saudi Arabia and finding of the ark under the crucifixion site.

I'd say it's interesting, but not objectively compelling, "groundbreaking evidence" of anything. The plot leaves a lot of questions unanswered.

They arrive at several conclusions without explanation of key details. For example: (Claim 1) The Exodus must've taken place at a different time, because they can't find evidence of Semite presence where "they" believe it should be. (2) The Exodus is related to a completely different people, just because there happens to be another group of people that left Egypt en masse. And (3) The liberal use of the phrase "most scholars say/use/agree" without explanation as to which scholars, since they cannot possibly have done a study for each claim they made.
