Wow, very impressive, personally and professionally. I have specialized in the TX of mental issues with teens and young adults. Hats off to Nick Saban.
Frankly, while at MSU , I thought Nick was too much of a general…..my bad! He has it down well .

Have never been a BAMA fan but I respect this coach. I have heard rumors from parents (first hand) of athletes who were recruited by Saban and have heard mixed reviews however. One parent of a highly touted QB said Nick only wants players who see the NFL as their only viable path in life so he can push them well past their comfort zones. A great player with sights on a four year degree and a professional career in something other than football may not make the cut. It’s an interesting question and I see both sides of this because when you play at a place like Alabama there is a high probability you can get drafted if you are a starter. If you play at Northwestern for example that’s a different story. The price of winning championships perhaps? I love that Nick focuses on the process more than the outcome. Great advice that transcends beyond football.

Get coach Greg Adam’s to speak to your players. Trust me it will be well worth it.

Mental health is how someone deals with it everyone has mental health in this world, even the richest person it’s just some people are stronger then others.

Great video! My son went threw a similar thing and a lot of emotional support goes along with physical healing.

I know coaches that are opposite of this man. I respect Saban so much more now.

How Nick Saban's Deffense was being Torch by the "Gadget" or "System" Offenses in the B12. So does Saban work harder? NO he calls his Friends at the NCAA and says the Spread/ Hurry Up Offenses are a Menace to CFB and it would cause WAY MORE Injuries and you should BAN it. After the NCAA got off it Knees they did So. Then Every School Minus the SEC schools said WTF. The NCAA Back Down and Saban faded into the Darkness. ........Against Saban sWishes because his D cant Stop it the Spread and Huury up Offense are EVERYWHERE from Pee Wee to the NFL Including Tuscaloosa Alabama

Greatest college coach of all time BUT he is flat out evil!! He cares nothing about his players, he ONLY caters about winning!! Ask Dylan Moses or Tua what they think of him and there are way more. He pushed players bc HE wants to win for his legacy. He knows people are finally on to him about this so he is now constantly talking about “his players and their well-being” . He is a selfish evil little man who is a Master of Manipulation. Truth......
