Happy Wednesday and welcome to my Cleaning Hacks Marathon video! This is over an hour of my favorite cleaning hacks from the past two years! I hope you enjoy and let me know in the comments if you use any of these tips in your home?

Skip the hair dryer on the toaster. You're making a bigger mess than you're cleaning. After you clean out the crumb tray hold your toaster over the kitchen sink upside down and shake It vigorously up and down and side to side. All the remaining crumbs will fall out into your sink.

Someone please tell me about Scrub addy I see a lot of clean people loving them!

I add essential oils to the alcohol spray bottle to spray shoes, and spray after using the toilet for sanitizing and helping it smell better.

I generally do the upside down toaster shake to empty crumbs, but I have also used a baby bottle brush too.

I had no clue you were supposed clean a filter in the dishwasher.

I use vinegar all over my bathroom, ie. Sinks, faucets, mirrors, etc.

Regarding the toaster, I take the tray out and bang the sides over the sink.

I do the same with my hair brushes. If they have bristles, I use a pick or wide tooth comb to get in between the bristles. If they are like your brushes, I use a bristle brush. For combs, I use a bristle brush to clean between the teeth.

Little puppy, "must protect mom from big noisy machine"...big puppy, "silly little puppy, its not going to hurt her!" 😂

What is the product that you used to clean the soles of tennis shoes?

Clean with steam.
A lot of issues don’t even come up as the steam takes care of business. I can never go back :)

It’s a good idea to clean out the toaster cause if it gets too filled with crumbs it’s very possible that they could cause a fire!

Apologies if someone else already said this, but add soap to water not water to soap, it will reduce the suds when mixing in a container 🙂

Use baking soda in the load when you wash your shower curtain. I use it in my towel and sheets and blankets. It makes everything smell so fresh and clean. It also takes out stains.

Toaster. Unplug. Take a baby bottle brush and put down inside each side. A little bounce and crumbs R there in a pile on ur counter.btry it.

A better sticker remover is a hairdryer. Heat up the sticker and it peels off easily

I have always take the tray out of the toaster and clean it off and wiped it down and shook the rest of the crumbs out my mom did it

If you decide to clean your diamonds like she is doing get a toothbrush with SOFT Bristles and incorporate that in your cleaning like you do when you brush your teeth and it will change your world 💍🧊💥

I've used the shaving cream hack for years. Wonder what caused it not to work? Maybe what you used before? Sometimes residues from other products left behind need to be completely cleared from the surface. That was the case with apartment I moved into unril I finally got it "clean" clean... 😏🙄😏 Now it's fine I use shaving cream or even bar soap.

What IS THE PRODUCT YOU USED ON TENNIS SHOE SOLES??

Thanks for the fun and informative video! For shoes (and a lot of other things, actually), I fill a spray bottle 1/5 of the way up with liquid laundry detergent, then top with 90% isopropol alcohol until the bottle is 1/3 full, then fill the rest with water. Swirl until the contents are well combined.This is an excellent cleaner for fabrics and other wearables. Then you can save your micellular water for your skin! It's a more economical alternative. : )

What color are your walls please?

To keep your mirrors from fogging up clean the mirror with bar soap. Just suds up a sponge with any bar soap. Clean the mirror then wipe the suds from the mirror with a cloth. This has worked for me for many years.
I am not a big fan of candles, but I did have one once that burned that stupid tunnel in the middle. I put it in the microwave and melted it down. Worked like a charm.

I just wanted to mention that in one of your videos, you took all the plastic off your paper towels to display them. What about dust and things that could get it dirty?

Babe, any oil works for your sticky tag hack… food grade, essential, synthetic… any of them work… been doing this for 10+ years… but it really is a wicked hack

You must have the cleanest house

Wasteful buying a new toaster when there was nothing wrong with the one you had.
Also I wonder how guests feel about unrolling the towel to dry their hands and what to do with it afterwards.
I have a home not a spa or an hotel.

I turn my toaster over the sink and give it a good shake, then rinse the crumbs down the disposer.
I do the same with my laundry soap, especially if I am using bleach.

Thank you for being so transparent. There are too many videos who show perfection but that’s not real life. I really appreciate you. For me It’s been such a shameful & guilt filed part of my life for so long. So now , in my 50’s, I’m learning how to do better & learn the new skill of decluttering & organizing. I’m a year & a half in & my helper encourages me when I think it’s not good enough. I even just cleaned up b4 she gets here in the morning. I’m still working on me, my anxiety & self esteem. I have a lot of help, which was hard to find without judgement. So I am so proud of you and thank you for sharing your story. I’m forever subscribed.

Use a candle warmer underneath instead of the other stuff it’ll melt the whole candle

I put my brush,comb in washer when washing towels. It works great, been doing it for years

U can run your comb through the brush and you get a lot of dirt out of brush.

Get a life lady!!!!

Because I live in a mouse plague area I use a flat sandwich toaster. Just wipe the crumbs away after each toasting. No crumbs left for the mice. 😊
