Exploring the Universe: From Mars to the Stars (and Galaxies) -- OLLI at SF State

Starting with a tourist tour, we move through the galaxy to conclude with the question of whether we are the only intelligent life in the cosmos. Andrew Fraknoi retired from the Chair of the Astronomy Department at Foothill College, and is and a Senior Educator at the Astronomical Society of the Pacific. This class will be held at the SF State Downtown Campus room 677 on Tuesdays from 3:00 pm-5:00 pm for 6 weeks starting Tuesday, Jun 16, 2018
