The Gospel of Christ is simple. Stop getting deceived with all of these confusing explanations. Believe in Christ to be saved and have eternal life.
1 Corinthians 15
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures
John 6:47
47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
48 I am that bread of life.

YES! I find that many Christians don't know about the unseen suffering that Jesus went through was the greatest part of His suffering and far beyond our human imagination. He suffered FAR more than we can understand because he loves us & wants relationship with us. Read Genesis 1:26 & 1 Corinthians 6:3! We cannot spend now or eternity with Yawhew who is pure love without believing in Jesus & what He did for us! Amen? Amen!

Paul Washer teaches Imputed righteousness which is false doctrine. This doctrine teaches that because we believe in Jesus, God pretends that we are righteous even if we aren't.
Does anyone really believe that sinning Christians such as adulterers, thieves, fornicators, prostitutes, liars, manipulaters etc are considered righteous in God's eyes while continuing in sin? These people know right from wrong, and their sins are premeditated. They are in direct rebellion against God. They are dangerous people.
Sinning Christians are empty inside. They are devoid of the Holy Spirit, so they turn to the world for comfort and gratification. They have no real love or devotion for God.
These kinds of Christians are lukewarm towards God. They are decieved. Jesus said that all lukewarm Christians will be spit out. That means rejected.
They will have no excuse when they stand before Jesus Christ on Judgment Day when they knew their actions were wrong, but they went against him anyway.
Come Judgment Day, Jesus will either be our advocate or our prosecutor.
He does not find the guilty innocent. He is NOT a corrupt Judge. He does not judge like mortal men. He judges in righteousness and holiness.
Matthew 13:41-42 tells us these things are true:
"The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers, and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
Paul washer says that you are saved as long as you feel bad about the sins you are committing.
A holy God does not turn a blind eye to sin. On Judgment Day, God will not lie for lukewarm Christians and pronounce them innocent of their sins. He will judge truthfully, and he sentence them as guilty.

By a man made Lord's day, no gospel will be. Christ himself declared it. Sunday Christianity makes it lengthy, complicated, simplicity not allowed.
Mark 1:14-15, is the gospel, with no ambiguity or confusion.
Calling the teaching of salvation, the gospel, is ANOTHER gospel.
By a man made Lord's day, no gospel will be.

Greetings all, I'm using talk to speech of some excuse any typos of any sort, I will do my best. My name is Daniel, I don't suppose many of us will come across this or maybe read this, but a year ago almost to the day I decided to live my life for Christ. And I can't say it's been easy It's actually probably been the most painful thing I've ever done we often equate carrying our crosses and following Christ with misery but man do I have such joy in carrying my cross It's the best thing I've ever done and the last thing I shall ever live for again. I strive for Christ and yet sometimes I live for the world My choices are hard to bear and separate but separated they are; I came across this video because I was preaching to a coworker and I ended up giving him a tract. He being around in his forties and I in my twenties, I wasn't sure where to start because there was so many starting points to narrate on, I wasn't even sure how to do it really, I've preached so many times to myself and friends that I kind of became flustered in that moment but I remembered when I was a boy the ABCs admit that you're a sinner believe in Christ and confess with your mouth that Christ is Lord that's the summary of it; and I realize that the gospel is simple yet effective that the fervent prayer availeth righteous man available with much.

I ended up sharing the gospel and going over these things with him and I could see tears in his eyes start to form not fully but a little bit, I honestly hadn't really expected it I suppose you could say my heart was a little hard because of how many times I've seen the world just reject Christ or sometimes a Christ that they place in their lives and not the true effect of version of him. I'm sharing this or I could say maybe rambling because I was in tears for a minute hoping praying, that God's spirit would call out to him, that he would place his faith and trust in Christ He's been through a lot in his life and I would love to see him understand where pain can come from and where the root of it lies to understand how sin works and how it angers and disappoints our loving Father. I asked him to discipline us as children because I need correction and some things in my life. I often wonder how I can be called the child of God when in my mind's eye I sin so often, yet days sometimes it feels like a couple hours, I realize that I'm doing better than where I was obviously a year ago before I knew Christ but still there was so much Christ could achieve in my life I may not be able to completely be able to stop sinning, while I am breathing but I can Hope For Christ and put away the flesh to crucify it, now I would love prayers but that's not my main goal here is to draw attention to myself It's to draw attention for Christ.

I've had a long day, long week, long month, long year. And I suppose I never truly gave those days those weeks those months and that year to Christ I would give moments in time sometimes days yes sometimes weeks yes but often the not I would start to drift so to speak as in just casually forget about it for seconds I would still pray in the morning and still come back to Christ at night but the whole day wouldn't be lived for Christ and this has changed so much recently in the last 2 weeks when I decided but rather, Christ helped me dictate to where I needed to go for the summer. For some context I have my class A CDL, I've gotten some trucking offers with contracts for a lot of money because of my driving experience and just my overall resumes, I had to bargain with my flesh because as far as the world was going I had it by the rains of my hands I had it all and I've used it a little bit for shuttle driving in small things like that but very well if I wanted to I could make close to $100k a year If I put in the effort for it, and yet somehow someway I was drawn to go to a summer camp to serve as operation staff for a Christian camp this summer. And I'd only been there a couple times and that was when I was unsaved as a boy. And I realized that for me to serve to Christ I have to put away things that my flesh would rather do, I mean who wouldn't want to make $100,000 a year?? So of course I had to articulate and pray on these things and I don't know where the next couple years lie, but I want to give it to my all with Christ I will never want to go a second without thinking about him because of what he's done for me. He lived my life so that I could live his and sometimes I'm not living his yet how easy would it be for him to live mine if I can't live his? I'm a sinner and yes that's important to realize but now that I'm saved it's not something that I need to be focused on all the time because those are titles and the only title I should truly care about is about being a son of God now I'm not saying don't worry about being a sinner that's garbage, when I am saying is I'm going to focus on the fact that he's called me into his grace and then I shouldn't always be focused on not sinning rather I should focus on living for Christ somehow I understand in my head that if I focus on Christ more than my own flash and sin then sin becomes less effective so to speak I guess?

I know this has been long and it wasn't as long as I intended, but I wanted to put this out here for anyone who maybe needed an encouragement and felt like they weren't doing enough for Christ Well let me just tell you, If any point in circumstances you deal with things in your life and you live for Christ you are representing Christ You were representing him and that's a good thing I want to encourage anyone who comes across this to put on Christ and never take it off just drive to live for him and not yourself.. I love you all my brothers and sisters in Christ; I pray for those in and outside of his grace, that for me to enjoy heaven would be worthless for those to perish If I could give my salvation away to those who rejected Christ I would, I would just like that those people if they're going to reject Christ I wish that they would know the true Christ first before they reject it. A lot of times people reject Christ based on a Christian movie that they watched or the church did them wrong and never truly understand the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Admit Believe Confess.

If you confess with your mouth that Christ is Lord and God raised Him from the dead you shall be saved.

Thank you for anyone who read this and got a sense inside my head I appreciate you more than you know God bless and farewell in Christ.

I accept that Jesus the Messiah died for my sins. But, He laid conditions on that salvation and to believe in Christ is to accept those conditions too.

Matthew 7:21 - “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 7:24 - “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

Matthew 7:26 - And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.

Matthew 25:2 - Five of them were foolish, and five were wise.

Luke 6:46 - “Why do you call me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do what I tell you?

Matthew 25:11-12 - Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open to us.’ But he answered, ‘Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.’

Matthew 10:38 - And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

Luke 9:23 - And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.

He is the vine, and we must remain in the vine and produce good fruit. We have to go into the vineyard and teach others the way Jesus said leads to the Father. We make mistakes, but he prunes us to help our fruit grow.

The gospel is to believe in Him and His Word's.

John 5:24 - Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

Acts 3:22-23 - Moses said, ‘The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers. You shall listen to him in whatever he tells you. And it shall be that every soul who does not listen to that prophet shall be destroyed from the people.’

It is Jesus who gives grace and truth, and we must accept the TRUTH.

John 8:31-32 - So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Washer does not even know the definition of what a Christian is. Jesus is called the Christ because He was Anointed with the Holy Spirit in Baptism. The Jews of the Old Covenant were waiting for the arrival of their Messiah - the Anointed One. In the Old Covenant Priests, Prophets and Kings were anointed as a sign that they are the chosen one for that office. Jesus is the fulfillment of all of the OT anointed ones. For us to be called Christian does not mean that we merely believe in Him, but that we are anointed with the Holy Spirit just like Him. When was Christ anointed? In His Baptism. And when are we anointed? In our Baptism. When Jesus came up out of the water, the Spirit descended upon Him. Can you receive the Spirit without rising up out of the water? It is not possible. St. Paul says that we are Baptized into Christ.

Romans 6:1 " What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? 2 By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? 3 Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

5 For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. 6 We know that our old self was crucified with him so that the sinful body might be destroyed, and we might no longer be enslaved to sin. 7 For he who has died is freed from sin. 8 But if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him. 9 For we know that Christ being raised from the dead will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him. 10 The death he died he died to sin, once for all, but the life he lives he lives to God. 11 So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus."

St. Peter tells you that your sins are forgiven in Baptism, and St. Paul tells you that because of that then you are dead to sin and that when you rise up from that death, that you might walk in newness of life - that you become a New Creation. You cannot be a New Creation if you deny Baptism for Salvation. It is not just something that you do because you are a Believer. It is something that a Believer allows to be done to him. Like an infant. An infant does not do the Baptizing, but rather an infant receives Baptism, and in doing so that infant receives Saving Grace and the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit. May God have mercy on Washer's soul for teaching such false doctrines.

@purgatorean
@purgatorean - 22.07.2023 17:08

Paul Washer is selling you snake oil. He purposely twists the Sacred Scriptures to fool you into staying away from the Catholic Church. He asks the question of the Believer, "What else must we do to be saved?" And Washer says that the Bible's answer is that there is nothing more to be done. All you have to do is to turn to the Biblical Blueprint for Salvation which can be found in Acts chapter 2 and you will see that very same question asked of St. Peter, but St. Peter will give you the correct answer to that most important of all questions. In Acts chapter 2 the Believers ask Peter what else must be done to be saved and St. Peter says that "now that you have come to believe, you must REPENT, and be BAPTIZED, for the FORGIVENESS OF YOUR SINS, and then you will RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT." Do not fall for Washer's deception that you can be saved without the Sacrament of Baptism. Faith alone never saved a single soul. Every example of Salvation in the Biblical New Covenant Church is of Faith PLUS Baptism, just as Jesus taught in Mark 16:16. Will you accept Peter's answer to that question or will you follow Washer? One leads to Eternal Life, and the other to Eternal Damnation.
