back then i only can watch the trailer (because of low specs), but today i finally can play the game, wish i can follow the hype back then but im still glad to enjoy this masterpiece today

Rewatching this i still think that the gameplay footage was terrible and painful to watch. And the game was way way way better what they have shown,

I never got the chance to play Doom when it first came out (Having been born in 92) but when I got the chance to play it I became a fan and the moment that the game came out I instantly had to get it even before getting an Xbox One to actually play it but when I did, oh yeah did I enjoy it.

I did some trophies for this on my channel. This game was probably the HARDESY game ive every passed. I beat it on a PS4 and this was my first time playing a DOOM game on a controller. That was biggest mistake ever lol. I was commited tho since i was already 50% done with story. Still was a fun game but man was it hard.

The best thing they did was to make the game more fast paced and chaotic that was the ❤

It looks like at first they were going for that spooky/horror vibe that 3 had but not that much. In the end they decided for a more action oriented game like 1 and 2. The graphics also ended up being a lot better in the final release. They really did an incredible job.

I remember playing the original trilogy games on the pc. Since then changed computers and different game platform. Haven’t thought of doom until this came out. Then got it and the first two to play again.

One of the rare moments a game looked incredible, and ended up being even MORE incredible upon release!!!...
