I like Bernth, but truth be said, this piece is infinitely more difficult to play on violin in its original form than this arrangement.

They did a similar rocked up version of this piece as the theme music for the UK's 'The South Bank Show' back in the 1970s (a TV show focussing on the arts). I've always loved it, and it works really well in different styles. :-)
