Why do u say cnc is slower?
ОтветитьAs someone who has been building guitars for over 40 years and using CNC professionally for guitarmaking for eight years, I want to commend you on doing a wonderful job. I love the fact that you’ve got great woodworking chops, and don’t rely on CNC as some people do to make up for lack of talent. You and I approach a few things differently and that is only proof that there are more ways than one to skin a cat. All the best to you on your future builds.
ОтветитьI've seen the other video for sound check! Man you're so talented! Insane build!!!
ОтветитьModern Machinery????????????? Perhaps In your corner of the realm! TIP!! XYZ and A B C axis printers have been here since the 80s!!!!!! and other credible sources claim since the early 1900!!!! Stop Fibbing!!!
ОтветитьOut of curiosity, which software did you use for CAD and CAM? The build turned out great!
ОтветитьWhen you make necks with stringers (lines) to centralize the machine, do you make a center line, measuring, marking, or is there a better method of fixing without wasting much time?
ОтветитьI really love this.❤
Ответитьwicked guitar, glad it's a hardtail. that is an awesome scarf joint in the neck. well done.
ОтветитьCan you link the fret slotting bit you used
ОтветитьReally nice! I will have a guitar sometime T.T whenever the world settles down and i can manage to afford it. But meanwhile content like yours keeps me interested in this wonderful instrument!
ОтветитьWoow amazing! Love it. I just build my own first e-guitar with cnc. Very true, u cant just throw in some woodand a guitar comes out. Still lots of work! What wood is this in the neck, and how did you make it so thin without breaking it? Realy love this guitar
ОтветитьTus videos y tu trabajo, son de otro mundo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьШедевр! Очень интересно.
ОтветитьAwesome!
Ответитьsheesh. i would love to have a custom guitar built by you ❤️
Ответитьbeautiful
ОтветитьLooks amazing!
ОтветитьBravo..! An excellent build. 🎉
Ответитьi really like the neck design
ОтветитьYou are really telling me you have wasted 20 minutes of my life watching this video, just to have me find out you not even showing how it f... sounds?
ОтветитьIt's a very beautiful guitar,, i want to own someday if god's permit 😅❤❤❤
ОтветитьThere's questions I always had
A set neck with no locking mechanism (carves etc) like the one you made, won't become loose?????
Btw you job was stunning, love your builds ❤
Beautiful ....😊
ОтветитьHey, great build! There are some things you can improve to avoid potential errors in using the machine, I'm not criticizing, but some of the things you do can lead to you having to throw out parts or whole guitars due to avoidable errors.
The positioning and locating can be greatly helped if you position the blank using known reference points (i.e. cutting a grid on the wasteboard, having locator pins, things like that - also, you should have the center line marked out on the blank and the wasteboard, I did not see that here, but maybe you did).
The way you use your clamps to hold down the blank is not optimal. The way you use them, there is a chance the blank may break free or shift while machining. The clamps should not be angled, but flat with respect to the blank surface, this way you maximize the contact area and avoid introducing shear forces to your hold down. Seems counterintuitive, but having the holding force press down only instead of partially to the side makes the hold down more secure.
Hey brother,
It tool me awhile to comment but I have to say, I have mad respect for you man. You are a monster builder and I absolutely love your guitars! Peace & Love!
Awesome video and sweet guitar!!! What I would give to have access to your shop for 1 day! Do you do any projects for other people?
ОтветитьAnytime you do something that is completely different from how you normally do it, it is going to take longer.
ОтветитьIt's beautiful, but the relentless perfection of CNC makes me kind of sad
ОтветитьLepa kitara :)
ОтветитьMuito bonita parabéns
Ответитьбраво мастеру !!! отличный дизайн, золотые руки )
ОтветитьI like ur inlay bro.nice work . Godbless.
ОтветитьStunning! \m/, ,\m/ :)
ОтветитьMan, do you have a telegram account? Or its a scammer?
ОтветитьAmazing build
ОтветитьBeautiful art 👍
ОтветитьSoo perfect! Macht's du Gitarre nur aus Ahorn? Oder anders auch? Ich bin auch baue eine Gitarre aber ganz anders Formfaktor)
Ответитьfucking amazing!!
ОтветитьIt kind of shocked me seeing the Ibanez custom shop doing so much CNC, when you know their usual stuff is handmade in Indonesia or something. I guess we are at the point where the precision of the machine just gives you a better standard.
ОтветитьSaya sangat suka gitarnya
Salam dari indonesia
😃😃😃
ОтветитьThe end result is beautiful.👍
ОтветитьОчень кропотливая работа. Вы большой мастер
ОтветитьI could stare at those neck lines and curves all day. Brilliant as usual!
ОтветитьAbsolutely beautiful!
ОтветитьI'm fascinated by the possibilities of CNC and would like to own one in future. Beautiful build!
