ОтветитьBack in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

ОтветитьIt could take a year or more to get a squatter out of a Home you purchase legally. But there is a way. Once you buy the house you wait for them all to leave for awhile. Then you move your stuff in some of it the squatters. You film everything. You tell him you have the deed and they need to move why they're away you put all their stuff outside moving your stuff inside. You film everything in case they get violent you have it on film they get arrested you let him know everything is being recorded. That's the instant way to get squatters out of your home. God bless!😊

ОтветитьIf a house only cost 5 grand its because #1 its got alotta issues and needs alot of work, or #2 its got back taxes that needs paid and comes with the house and must be paid as part of the deal. You might get a used trailer for 5 k but not no damn house. Read the small print folks, thats where the secret to the low price will lie I promise you!

ОтветитьTo be honest this just sounds dumb. You have to evict someone out of a garbage home in the worst condition that literally nobody wants. You can’t go inside either, and any occupants are probably trash.
ОтветитьI Heard When a person stops paying taxes and loose their home, and A person Like you or me want to buy it for cheap, And the previous owner let's say owed 50,000 dollars in taxes, and we buy the house we are interested in, that we the buyer must pay that 50,000 dollars in taxes the previous owner did not pay. I have not done research on this but figured you can verify if this is true. What a bummer we can't view the inside of the homes we choose to purchase I mean what if there is no floors or walls or electrical wires, my goodness🤔
