ОтветитьGreat material. Well explained troubleshooting video.
ОтветитьWhat was the ending soundtrack? Loved it. Also, it seems to me vibration caused the crack in the first place would you not been Better off replacing the stem entirely?
ОтветитьVery helpful video, thank you for all you do!!!
ОтветитьI work on chillers too 🤜🤛
I don't understand why manufacturers use the long stem pressure ports , it makes them too fragile .
Had one cracked the other day as well , replaced it with a shorter stem one and strengthened it with the brazing rod .
great vid. thanks for showing all the steps involved, without making it a 1hr hour video. much appreciated!
ОтветитьI was working on a small chiller system once with a bad low pressure cut out, replaced it did the normal steps. I was still above the unit and dropped a pair of big channel locks while I was on the phone with my boss at the time, it bounced off one of those fitting's and the stem completely broke it off lost 55 pounds of refrigerant.
ОтветитьDon't know how you do it with just acetylene, I need to use oxy and acetylene to get me the fine point flame
ОтветитьNicely patched up! :-)
ОтветитьCan you do a video on the pounds? I’m having difficulty on the job knowing how much I should put in. Just a video on charging in general would be dope. Even electrical.
ОтветитьWhy didn’t you change the drier? Some
Hackery….
You should have replaced the entire port. You should carry those on your truck. I'm not a fan of the small copper ports. Leaks waiting to happen.
ОтветитьHi good vixeo befoe repairing the sistem did you have to pum down the sistem or not because it was nor refrigerant on sistem ..thankyou
ОтветитьBeautiful and professional job congratulations, thanks for all those excellent videos.
ОтветитьA common leak spot.
