How to perform Salatul Tasbih, Tasbeeh (Prayer of Forgiveness)

Anyone here in 2023.

After starting Salah, Recite the tasbeeh 15 times before reciting Surah Fatiha and Qul Surah
After reciting Surah Fatiha, and Qul Surah recite the tasbeeh 10 times.
In Rukuh, after reciting recommended glorification, recite the tasbeeh 10 times.
After the completion of Rukuh, and stand up repeat tasbih 10 times.
In Sajda, recite 10 times after reciting the worship.
After completing the 1st Sajda, in Jalsa, recite the tasbih 10 times.
Lastly, repeat the tasbih 10 times in a second Sajda.
This way, we will complete the recommended Salat ul Tasbeeh (75) in the first Rak’a. The exact process will be repeated for the next three Rakat. The total of the Tasbeeh in Four Raka’at should be 300 times.❤❤

Everywhere I have researched says this is from a weak hadith and not something that should be done as no one actually did this from the 1st 3 generations after prophet Muhammad pbuh.

Bruh this is an innovation and the hadiths that talk about this salah are fabricated and weak. Stay away from such bid'ah.

Is there any valid proof for this salah? I looked it up and I found that none of the 4 imams recommended it and Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said: Salaat al-Tasaabeeh is not prescribed, because the hadeeth is da’eef (weak). Imaam Ahmad said there is no sound evidence for it. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said it is a fabrication, and he said that none of the imaams recommended it. Moreover, if it were prescribed, it would have been something that was reported in many reports because of its great virtue and reward, since there are no such reports and none of the imaams described it as being recommended, its better to not practise this for fear of falling into innovations which the prophet (saw) did not authorise. This is a very serious matter as the innovators are the ones who are turned away from the fountain of the Prophet (SAW) {Some people will be driven away from my fountain, just as a stray camel is driven away. I will call out: Come! Come! But then it will be said to me: These people changed themselves after you, and I will say: Be off! Be off!”} Sahih Muslim 449
