cant find sample data base in version 22.1

what's a schema? we're pretty deep into talking about tables and data types but I keep looking at the dropdown for schema and wondering what that is... is that just the workspace?

I tried the sample application for rest api on apex cloud, it gave "insufficient privilege" error, anyone knows how to solve this?

First of all great series thank you for that! I have one question, does APEX has a workflow feature option, so can you create workflows in Apex and make out of it an application? I just heard that for now you can create workflows in the engine camunda and connect it somehow through an API to Apex, is there as well another possibility?
