Eau de toilettes are not water bases. They Alcohol based just like eau de parfumes as well as body sprays. The difference between the 3 is the concentration of fragrances oils.

My bad!....The power of reading.....They are not perfume oil...they are Nest Eau De Parfum collection.

FYI Paris Corner just released a SDJ62 dupe that's EDP. Smells exactly the same, lasts longer! It's around the same price as SDJ. Minya (GREEN bottle, not the beige one!)

Eau de toilettes are not water based, they are alcohol based. Just lower perfume concentration amounts.
