ОтветитьI am following every exercise of MIDAS MVMT and trust me guys, he is a great trainer. His exercise techniques are quite effective and bring results if done regularly without fail. I had made a routine of Biceps, triceps, shoulder, abs etc. for a Mon to Sun routine and target each day with specific muscles with his videos, it does work.

I love your biceps and arms exercise Iam doing all 3 set cans not feeling tired but for these for shoulder it’s making me feel tired if I did all 3 sets 10 rep so
should I do all 3 sets or only 30 seconds for each exercise cause I feel 1 set is enough or am I wrong 😎
