My arms and shoulders were on fire from lack of use for 2 weeks. lol Also, could you tell me where you got your top? I've been looking for something like that for a long time.
ОтветитьMy husband and I did this workout together. We loved it. He has knee pain and it hurts to stand up. So being able to do an upper body workout but sitting down was perfect.

ОтветитьI'm having knee issues, and this is a good seated workout for right now. I modified the uppercut movement as it was much too fast for me. I'm 83 and have worked out for years, and I would rather modify than give up.
