Anarky's Monologue on Criticizing Modernization and Batman

You know, considering Knight is about 10 years after Origins, I like to think Anarky was like the rest of us and decided to get a job and started working to make end’s meet. Got married, started a family, basically turning his life around. When the rioting in Knight began, he thought about once again dawning the old hooded coat and mask, but ultimately decided, “Nah. I’m not that man anymore” and got himself and his family to safety.

All this and he's just a kid. Some might disagree about some points in his line of tought but himself realizes that maybe he has gone too far with bombs and all meaning that he still could change the way he do things and think. It's a shame that in Arkahm Knight it's said that he never was seen again.

The longer time goes on the more this hits harder.

Even though he may be right, Even if I can agree with his points and even IF I see myself in him. There's no way I could justify the anarchy caused by him

The fact that people agree with Anarky completely missed the point.

1: Anarky treats and used his henchmen Like pawns. They could have had their freedom without committing crimes. Nobody forces anyone to work or use money.

2: Anarky tried to murder thousands of people with explosives. This is a deranged attempted murderer. 😀

3: The fact that Anarky tries to team up with batman just goes to show how deluded he truly was and most likely never meant anything he said.


TLDR version: Anarky is an edglord

Anarky is such a good anti-hero and amazing antithesis to Batman like how Red Hood is. Anarky isn't some spoiled brat like Batman. Anarky does what he does because he cares about the people and represents them even if somewhat mislead and not perfect but what isn't? Batman doesn't represent the people. He never will. Bruce Wayne is a billionaire playing the hero and is just as bad as the villians bc he doesn't care about protecting people, if he did care about protecting innocent lives he would have killed his rogue gallery a long ass time ago. He is indirectly responsible for arguably the deaths thousands. He only cares about punishing and acting out cruelty because he's just like the joker.

Edit: after this Anarky presumably goes missing. I assume corrupt cops killed him or gang members. Really just drives the truth of what Anarky is saying to Batman that much deeper. They're sides of the same coin and Batman stands in the way of true progress

I hope he is one of the main villains in Gotham Knights. It'd be great to see him try to instigate people to "take Gotham back" after the death of Batman as well as oppose to the Court of Owls.

So ..... Matthew Mercer portrays Anarky , Troy Baker portrays the Joker.... In some universes Anarky is considered to be the Joker's blood son.... That's a messed up universe !

He’s actually right you know it’s 2022 and society has gone down the drain especially in America. IMO Anarky predicted what society would become and now nearly 10 years later he was right. We really do live in a society where honour is a distant memory. Jared Leto’s joker was right too. We need joker and Anarky as president and Vice President in 2024 as well as Tom Hardy’s Bane from the Dark knight rises as general secretary. Let’s make it happen. Let’s save Gotham. Nuff said.

In my opinion, This version of Anarky is Jason Todd. I mean he and Jason from Arkham Knight seem to think similarly when it comes to Batman and Justice. Not to mention that while it may be a different voice actor, Anarky sounds so much like Jason Todd in Arkham Knight. If anyone sees my comment, I'd love to hear what you think. Even if it's negative. I can take criticism.

Anarky sounds like what a Triple A studio is allowed to depict anarchism as without actually getting political. A bunch of vaguely political platitudes which are just vague enough that everybody can agree with them.

He's not entirely wrong, but Anarky is still willing to hurt and kill innocent people for the sake of his cause. He's just as apathetic as the people he claims to fight against. And that's why he's no better than Joker, two-face, and the other villains. Harvey Dent did his best to reform the city and Bruce wayne sponsors many charities but Gotham is a city that's got a major criminal presence due to plot reasons. Batman can't clean up Gotham no more than Gilligan could get off the island.

Explosives were justified. The people who would be dead may not be murderers, but they are adulterers, drunkards, thieves and should've been dealt with as such.

I have to disagree with some comments here-I think Anarky is very confused and doesn't rlly know where he's coming from fully and is clouded with a bunch of stuff-seems very jealous for no good reason-irrelevant whether Batmans better than them-and he says that as if he isn't caring and looking after the city that was definitely crumbling before he started and has the city's best interests at heart, he's not perfect and Joker etc came from him but he almost def does more good than bad-especially if you consider his work with the Justice League. Also Anarky was going to blow people up just for being neutral which shouldn't be a crime in itself just not rlly worthy of any praise(or criticism/murder) IMO

Anarky is pretty hypocritical in that he literally just bombs people who are doing their own business, and yet he claims that Batman is enforcing justice to his ”twisted view”.
